Everyone loves a Woolworths chocolate mud cake. There are facebook pages solely dedicated to Woolworths mud cake hacks! I find it the quickest and easiest way to decorate a cake for birthdays (or any occasion!) and the kids always love it. And at $5 a cake, you can’t go wrong!
Here’s what you need:
2x Woolworths Chocolate Mud Cakes
Chocolate buttercream
4x packs chocolate stick biscuits
1x white chocolate rabbit
Shredded coconut
Green food colouring
Mini eggs
Hollow eggs
How to make it:
Place one cake on a plate
Slice the icing top off the second cake and place it on top of the first cake
Ice the cake with your chocolate buttercream (don’t worry about it being messy, you won’t see it.)
Place the chocolate stick biscuits around the side of the cake
Colour the coconut green by placing it in a ziplock bag with a few drops of green food colouring and shake until the coconut turns green
Place the white rabbit on top of the cake and then cover the top and the side of the plate with green coconut
Decorate with mini eggs and hollow eggs
EAT (and enjoy)!!!
