Hot cross buns are one of the highlights of Easter (along with all the chocolate of course!) but there’s more than one way to eat a hot cross bun! These days there are so many yummy varieties available but my favourite is the brioche style ones from Woolworths.
Rainbow cupcakes are a favourite in our house (in fact Tully wants to colour everything we bake rainbow- from the pancakes to the Yorkshire puddings!). They are great for parties or even just for fun!
Soups are a great way to get your children to eat vegetables, especially those which they are not too fond of. And one of our favourites at home is this Cream of Tomato Soup recipe. It’s not just easy to prepare but super delicious when served with grilled breadsticks. A mild hit of spice from the red chilli which is used after removing the pith and seeds so that only the flavour is imparted, without much of the heat.
