Ingredients
  • 120g buttersoftened
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1teaspoon vanilla
  • 1teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2cups plain flour
  • 1 1/2 Violet Crumble bars – shatteredYou can use any Violet Crumble variation depending on preference
Topping
  • 1/2 Violet Crumble bar- shatteredYou can use any Violet Crumble variation depending on preference
  • Ice Magic
  • Vanilla Ice cream
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 160ยบ
  2. 2. Cream butter, brown sugar and castor sugar together using an electric beater.
  3. 3. Add egg and vanilla. Continue to beat until smooth.
  4. 4. Slow mixer down to stir in baking powder and flour and stir until it turns to thick dough.
  5. 5. Fold in crushed Violet Crumble and gently mix until combined.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 2 large cookies or 4 small cookies and flatten into a greased and lined cake tin
  7. 7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes (start with 10 and then add a few more if necessary)
  8. 8. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes
  9. 9. Top with Ice Magic, Vanilla ice cream and crushed Violet Crumble bars.
