So maybe I'm a little shallow (come on, aren't we all?) but when I saw that the Reid Cycles Vintage 7-speed bicycle came in watermelon and mint green I gave a happy little squeal and a happy dance! They are just soooo pretty and something every girl can imagine cycling down the road on... wind in her hair... baguettes in her basket... ok maybe I've put a little to much thought into it but you know what I mean! Lol!
Owning one of these is my Mother's Day wish and it's come true! I have the watermelon vintage bicycle and they are so easy to ride! The 7 speeds make it easier to pedal up hills- a lot of the vintage looking bikes you see around are only a fixed speed, so even though they are pretty they aren't very practical for riding anywhere with a bit of a hill.
