I'm all for a quick, easy slice that's filling. I love this easy choc sultana muesli slice  (and so do the kids!). It's perfect for at home snacks, or the school lunch boxes- and as far as slices go its not too bad for you. It's also just one of those recipes where you chuck everything in the bowl and mix- so its a super easy!

    Ingredients

    120g butter

    100g honey

    2 cups oats

    ⅓ cup desiccated coconut

    ⅓ cup sultanas

    100g choc chips

    Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a slice tray with baking paper.

Melt the honey and butter in a saucepan.

Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and pour melted mixture in.

Stir until all combined and the chocolate is mostly melted.

Push firmly into the slice tin with the back of a spoon and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Leave to cool completely before cutting.

    Store in an airtight container.

    Variations

Feel free to add some hazelnuts too- they are yum! Also if you want to make this dairy and sugar free replace the butter with coco nut oil and the chocolate with the Loving Earth sugar and dairy free chocolate.
