This three ingredient Christmas slice is SO easy! It will seriously take you 10 minutes to make but it tastes delicious and looks great. Tie it up with some pretty bakers twine and you have a quick, easy and pretty gift.
To me, Christmas is all about baking. My idea of relaxing is getting in the kitchen, baking up a storm, and I love sharing this with my kids. There's nothing sweeter than having a little helper in the kitchen (as long as you're not in a rush lol!) and I love seeing their little faces as they create something they can eat. I have to admit that I don't really care for savoury cooking but give me a new cake recipe and I'm in heaven.
Every Christmas I buy all the Christmas magazines and comb through them- looking for the headlining Christmas dessert for Christmas lunch. I love finding the cute Christmas baking ideas people come up with (I spend way to much time on Pinterest finding new creations!) so I'm excited to share this creation with you.
With only three ingredients, and no baking or sharp objects needed, it's a great one to make with little kids. Warning though- it's super sweet so cut it small if you're giving it to the kids as a Christmas treat!
Ingredients
2 packets milk arrowroot biscuits
1 tin condensed milk
1.5 cups red and green M&Ms
Method
Crush biscuits in food processor (don't go too fine or you'll lose the crunch)- you can also double bag them and get the kids to jump on the bag to crush them- it's always a winner in our house!
Put crushed biscuits, condensed milk and M&Ms in a bowl and mix til combined.
Press into a lined slice tin and pop in in the fridge for 3 hours.
Slice, stack and tie up with string! You can even add a little gift card and there you have it- a fun cooking activity with the kids that looks great!
