    Giant Violet Crumble Cookie

Giant Violet Crumble Cookie - in the Air Fryer!

These giant cookies are also known as a Pizookie - or a combo between a pizza and a cookie. They are crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside and they taste AMAZING! You can cook it two ways - in a cake tin in the air fryer, or in a cast iron pan in the oven.

The other amazing thing is that the giant cookie, or pizookie, is totally customisable. Once you make the dough, you can add whatever you like. Violet Crumble, choc chips, fudge, peanut butter, Maltesers, M&Ms - whatever you love. Just mix them into the dough and cook!

Here is how to make a Giant Violet Crumble Cookie or Pizzookie-

    Step 1

Get your Violet Crumble bars and smash them up with a rolling pin. Make sure you whack the sides of the bats to really smash them up.

    Step 2

Cream butter, brown sugar and castor sugar together using an electric beater.

    Step 3

Add egg and vanilla. Continue to beat until smooth.

    Step 4

Slow mixer down to stir in baking powder and flour and stir until it turns to thick dough.

    Step 5

Fold in crushed Violet Crumble and gently mix until combined.

    Step 6

Divide the dough into 2 large cookies or 4 small cookies and flatten into a greased and lined cake tin

    Step 7

Air fry for 10-12 minutes (start with 10 and then add a few more if necessary)

    Step 8

Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes

    Step 9

Top with Ice Magic, Vanilla ice cream and crushed Violet Crumble bars.

Below are the details of all the ingredients and quantities so you can create your own amazing dessert! This is a dessert best served fresh so keep your dough in the fridge and then you can cook it as you want to eat it.
