    The Ultimate Australia Day Dessert Platter

    Australia Day is almost here and that means the summer holidays are coming to a close. So if you're getting together with friends for one last BBQ and you are looking for the ultimate Australia Day dessert idea...Well here it is! Here's everything you are going to need:

    Create the ultimate Australia Day dessert

    Mini pavlovas (store bought or home made)

    Ice cream cones

    Nutella

    seasonal fruit (strawberries, raspberries, mango, kiwi fruit)

    Golden Gaytime Crumbs

    Lamington Ice Cream (or any ice cream)

    100s & 1000s

    Passionfruit

    Mini Tim Tams

    Caramello Koalas

    Furry Friends

    Cream

    Home made or store bought Monte Carlo biscuits

    Home made or store bought Pods

    Mini Cherry Ripe bars

    Piklets

    Lollie pineapples

    Australia Day dessert

    To assemble your platter place the large items such as the Gaytime crumbs and ice cream first. Then place the bowls and jars of toppings. Once that has been done, place the pavlovas and piklets.

    Then, start filling in the gaps with the other pieces. Once you have placed all your sweet treats and larger pieces of fruit, use your strawberries and blueberries and any small chocolates to fill in any gaps and give the platter a feeling of abundance. Filling in the gaps it what makes your platter go from good to amazing! Enjoy your Australia Day dessert!
