Heading on Holidays with our Trunki

Published: Oct 15, 2014 · Modified: Jun 16, 2023 by Maraya · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

Just recently we headed off for a long weekend in the country, at my dad's new holiday house in the upper Hunter region of NSW. We were really looking forward to getting out of Sydney and away for a while. It was a bonus that we were heading to the country because Tully is animal obsessed! But of course before we could leave we had to pack half the house...

Trunki review

Tully was excited to be going away because finally she got to try out her new Trunki! She had been looking forward to taking it out since we got it and proudly packed and repacked it with her favourite things.

It's perfect for little ones to pack and unpack themselves and it was great that all her toys were in one place for the trip. It was easy to access in the car and she loved being able to pull it along by herself. The strap adjusts to that it can act like a type of lead to tow it- and they can even ride on it, which is perfect for going through busy airports with a tired toddler.

The Trunki comes in a huge range of colours and styles- there are plain pink or blue and then animals such as the bee (above) and a cow. Plus Trunki have recently released a pastel pink royal "Rosie" case and a pastel blue royal "George" case, as well as a Hello Kitty case and a Lotus F1 for the racing enthusiasts!
